Often this advice leads to repair, transformation or renewal projects which require well thought out and detailed specifications. When contractors are appointed to deliver these projects, technical supervision is paramount to ensure a beneficial outcome. Many of these projects present our clients a high degree of risk and are often complex and costly. Good technical advice and project supervision significantly reduces client risk and potentially reduces client’s overall costs.
